Imagining Digital Futures and Sexual Health

Please note: this event will be held in person at Glasgow Zine Library and is for Queer, feminist, LGBT and allies aged 16+.

Have you ever wondered how social media and dating apps impact your wellbeing? Do you use online spaces to explore or connect with people about your sexual and reproductive health? This creative workshop will explore these questions and more through open discussion and creative zine making.

You will consider your own experiences of using social media and digital technology in your life and have the opportunity to reflect with others if/how digital technologies might be used and/or changed to improve access to and/or positive experiences of sexual health in your life and in society. You will learn how to create a zine and then have a chance to create your own.

You do not need previous experience to attend. Anyone interested in digital technologies, social media, and sexual and reproductive health are welcome to attend.

CW: Sex and sexuality, mental health, gender, personal health experiences
