Establishing the feasibility of evaluating ePAMS+ through a hybrid cluster-randomised stepped-wedge trial Objectives We seek to: Develop a nationally agreed set of secondary outcome measures for the definitive trial Develop the detailed quantitative data collection methods including informatics data and process measures Estimate patient-level variability in the primary outcome measures to inform the design of the definitive evaluation Investigate the feasibility of evaluating ePAMS+ through a hybrid cluster-randomised stepped-wedge trial Summary We will confirm candidate secondary outcome measures to be used in the definitive trial using a nominal group consensus building workshop and develop the data collection methods to support valid and reliable collection of these outcome data. It is also important to assess the feasability of delivering and evaluating ePAMS+ prior to proceeding to the pilot and definitive trials.
