Our Advisory Group

The IHDP Advisory Group provides strategic advice and oversight to IHDP.

The remit of the Advisory Group is:

  • To provide overall guidance and direction to IHDP and ensure that we remain focussed on the delivery of our high-level aims.
  • To discuss and make recommendations regarding changes to the scope and outputs of IHDP.
  • To monitor and evaluate performance and to mitigate programme delivery risks.
  • To help foster and strengthen links between collaborating partners.

The group is chaired by a representative from Scottish Government, and membership combines internal and external members and representation from key stakeholders including Public Health Scotland, Scottish Government, Research Data Scotland and The University of Edinburgh.
