MSc Data Science for Health and Social Care

Michelle EvansTalent Lead and Programme DirectorMichelle is responsible for shaping the strategy and operational alignment of all Talent activities, including all undergraduate, postgraduate and professional teaching. 
Nazir LoneClinical Lead and Deputy Programme DirectorNazir has extensive research and teaching experience in data science applied to clinical settings, epidemiology and health services research. He is a Reader of Critical Care and an Honorary Consultant in Critical Care at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. 
Brittany BlankinshipLecturer in Data Science Brittany leads the delivery and coordination of data science teaching for our online MSc Data Science for Health and Social Care programme. 
Laura Miller Programme Administrator Laura provides administrative support for our online MSc Data Science for Health and Social Care programme. 

MSc Leading Digital Transformation for Health and Social Care 

Elaine Mowat Programme Manager Elaine manages the delivery of the Leading Digital Transformation for Health and Care programme, in collaboration with NHS Education for Scotland and Scottish Government. 
Matt Newlands Administrator Matt provides administrative support for our Leading Digital Transformation for Health and Care programme, in collaboration with NHS Education for Scotland and Scottish Government. 

MSc Epidemiology

Sophie Marion de Proce Statistics Teaching Fellow Sophie leads the delivery and co-ordination of statistics teaching for our online MSc Data Science for Health and Social Care and MSc Epidemiology programmes. 

Bachelor of Medical Sciences (BMedSci) & Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB)

Kasia Banas Undergraduate Talent Lead and Programme Director Kasia directs the design, development and delivery of our new intercalated BMedSci in Data Science for Health Care, and focuses on data science enhancement of the MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery) at all stages. 

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) & Postgraduate Professional Development (PPD)

Sharon Levy CPD Lead Sharon leads and co-ordinates the design, development and operational delivery of our CPD courses. He works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, establishing and strengthening key partnerships in the Health and Social Care services sector. 
Karolina Bajbuz CPD Programme Administrator Karolina provides administrative support for our online CPD and PPD (Postgraduate Professional Development) portfolio. 

Marketing and Design

Prema HowardMarketing and Recruitment LeadPrema leads the Marketing activity for all postgraduate taught programmes at the Usher Institute.
Mavis Frempong Learning Designer Mavis contributes to the development and delivery of high-quality online CPD, PPD and MSc courses using innovative, pedagogically sound and visually engaging learning technology.
