SOCCS is a case-control study looking at the link between vitamin D levels and colorectal cancer. DNA, PBLs and plasma have been stored for analysis. Genome wide association data are available from about 1000 cases and 1000 controls and environmental exposure data (including dietary FFQ data and plasma vitamin D levels) and survival data are available (based on linkage to cancer registry national death records).
