13 November 2022, 11:00-12:00 During a one-hour accessible Philosophy Walk, publics and researchers will converse on pressing problems facing biomedicine and health technologies, and the implications for how we think about and experience our present and future selves and societies. Conversations will be guided by our multidisciplinary research community's work on the impacts of developments in biomedicine on human and societal experience, and work exploring walking and dialogue as methods of engagement, activism and research. Attendees will gain insights into and develop new perspectives on the roles of biomedicine within society, and consider the conversation as a profoundly human medium for creating change as they journey between two points (and beyond). Our event will be held along an accessible walking route, and will be family- and pet-friendly. Location Holyrood Park, Queen's Drive, Edinburgh EH8 8HG Tickets Please book on to the event using the Eventbrite link below: Between Two Points Publication date 05 Oct, 2022
