Kirsty developed the SPICT tool in 2010 and leads the SPICT International Programme with an expanding network of SPICT Partners in the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, USA, Asia, Africa and South America. Once people have been identified for palliative care, professionals need to have good conversations with them about current and future care planning.
