Jo Singleton is a Lead Research Nurse in the Edinburgh Critical Care Research Group. After working in acute cardiology she became as a research nurse at the Edinburgh Clinical Research Facility, an MHRA Phase 1 Accredited Facility, in Oct 2014. She moved to the Edinburgh Critical Care Research Group in January 2019 where she worked on intensive care, post ICU recovery, perioperative and ATIMP trials. In January 2022 ECCRG expanded to critical care at Western General Hospital, with Jo in the role of Lead Research Nurse. Jo is also the national clinical co-ordinator for ABC Post ICU Trial. She has managed research projects over a broad range of specialties, both here and overseas, in partnership with academia, commercial companies and the Ministry of Defence.
