You can view the strategy document using the link below: Document Clinical Trials Strategy (310.86 KB / PDF) ECTU Portfolio Prioritisation StrategyAlignment of ECTU’s priorities with the Clinical Trials Strategy is a key step in its implementation. Between August and October 2022, ECTU developed an approach to prioritising work in its current and future portfolio to align with the Clinical Trials Strategy and to support ECTU’s business objectives. ECTU undertook a series of consultations to ensure that the Prioritisation Strategy is informed by the views of key stakeholders. The final draft of the ECTU Portfolio Prioritisation Strategy was approved by the Clinical Trials Oversight Group (CTOG) in December 2022. In January 2023, ECTU began working with key stakeholders to implement a collective process for prioritisation of clinical trials.
