A Parallel Group, Double-blind, Randomised, Placebo-controlled Trial Comparing The Effectiveness And Cost Effectiveness Of Low Dose Oral Modified Release Morphine Versus Placebo On Patient-reported Worst Breathlessness In People With Chronic Breathlessness: Morphine And BrEathLessness Trial

The main aim of this study is to establish if giving regular, low dose morphine capsules twice a day are better than placebo (dummy) for chronic breathlessness and whether morphine improves daily activity.
