CARE eCRF access

To gain access to the live eCRF please make sure you have sent the following to the trial office (email to care.trial@ed.ac.uk):

  • Evidence of completing the online study training quiz (score 10/10 required)
  • A current signed and dated CV 
  • Delegation log signed off by PI 
  • Signed eCRF access form
