Development and Validation of the 4AT: A new triage tool for delirium

The 4AT Study
The aim of this study is to further develop and investigate the diagnostic accuracy of a new screening instrument for delirium triage in older emergency patients requiring hospital assessment. The new screening instrument is based on the 4AT. The study will have two phases and include an economic modelling study.
