Asthma UK Centre for Applied Research Early Career Researcher, Mohammad Al Sallakh

I am leading on the evaluation of a synthetic data solution using real-world respiratory data. I use an AI-based software by an industry partner of the HDRUK BREATHE hub to create synthetic data from respiratory datasets, including the Wales Asthma Observatory, and evaluate their accuracy, privacy preservation, and usefulness for research.

In addition, I have been involved in research into the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on respiratory diseases, including asthma, in the UK.

About me

I am a clinical data scientist with an interest in respiratory health.
