As students on this programme, you will complete compulsory courses and be asked to select courses to meet the required number of credits to satisfy the taught element of the programme. The elective courses are made up to three specialisms (with the course selection supported by your supervisors): Quantitative Skills, Data, and Life Sciences. The courses that comprise specialisms have a mix of on-campus and online delivery. The courses available to you are across both institutions, University of Edinburgh and University of Glasgow. The duration of your programme will be confirmed at the start of your programme based on the completion of your Training Needs Analysis form where you will also select your courses ahead of each year. The form will be provided ahead of the start of the academic year. If approved, please send this approval along with your course registration request to the Precision Medicine Administrative Officer.
