Experts from the University of Edinburgh and NHS Lothian will be presenting around the following provisional topics: Overview of multimorbidity The Lothian approach to multimorbidity - House of Care Patient activation in COPD Social prescribing and the approach taken by Link Workers GP experience of multimorbidity and complexity Primary Care Policy and multimorbidity We hope to see you there!
