Background

Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR) is a proven and effective strategy to improve shortness of breath, health status, and exercise tolerance for people with Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD). During first phase of RESPIRE, a systematic review and feasibility studies of PR were conducted in Bangladesh, India and Malaysia.

This project draws on findings from previous RESPIRE studies, which found a need for home-based PR.
