Exploring vital themes, from addressing racial denial to European views on digitising health and social care, delving into RNA therapeutics, technology, and the experiences of women in healthcare data science, we unveiled our new event series this year.

In February, the inaugural event, 'Confronting Racism Denial: Naming racism and moving to action,' marked a successful series launch. March featured a panel of European experts discussing 'European Perspectives on Integrating Health and Social Care through Digitalisation.' June hosted an online event examining 'RNA Therapeutics and Technology.' October brought together women in healthcare data science for a panel discussion, sharing insights and cutting-edge work. Finally, in a rainy November, our guest presenter discussed the increasing burden of Typhoid Fever and invasive non-typhoidal Salmonella in sub-Saharan Africa.

Don't miss our upcoming January event, 'Integrating Practice-Based Knowledge and Research', where Usher Affiliates alongside partners from Botswana and Colombia will present case studies that demonstrate how public health interventions benefit from data and wisdom from the field.
