2024 Annual Recognition Awards: Call for Nominations

This year, the Usher Institute has updated the categories for its Annual Recognition Awards and increased the honoraria to acknowledge exceptional contributions within our community. The winners will be announced, and the Awards presented, during the Usher End of Year Celebration in December.

These Awards aim to celebrate the talent and dedication within Usher, shaping our shared vision of success. Nominations can be submitted by anyone, including staff, students across the University, and external collaborators. Don’t delay ‒ nominations close on Wednesday 6 November 2024.

This year’s Award categories are as follows:

• Excellent Contribution to Usher Culture
• Excellent Student Contribution to Usher
• Excellence in Teaching and Learning
• Excellence in Research
• Excellence in Innovation and Engagement

Each Award includes an honorarium of £200 for the winner and £100 for the runner-up.
