We are delighted to announce that Devi Sridhar will be the new Director of our Master of Public Health (MPH) on-campus programme, effective from 01 August. Devi, a distinguished figure in global public health, holds a Personal Chair in Global Public Health at The University of Edinburgh and is the Founding Director of the Global Health Governance Programme. She also holds a Wellcome Trust Investigator Award.

Gratitude goes to Niall Anderson, who is stepping down as MPH on-campus director after many years of dedicated directing, teaching, and supporting the programme. We know that Niall, along with the teaching and professional services teams, will support Devi as she transitions into this role, ensuring a seamless continuation of the programme's excellence.

I’m delighted to be taking on the Director role alongside a wonderful team and jointly work together towards training the next generation of public health researchers and leaders.
